Why we use pre-order. We plan production from real demand so we do not overproduce. Your order tells our Barcelona area workshops what sizes and colours to make. This keeps waste low and lets us maintain fair prices without shortcuts. It also means we can focus on quality with the people who make your clothes.

What happens after you buy. You receive a confirmation and we lock your size. Materials and trims are reserved. Production starts within the window shown on the product page and runs in small lots for better control. You will get clear updates when we begin production, when we finish quality checks and when your parcel leaves the workshop.

Your protections. You can cancel or edit your order any time before we ship. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery; items must be unworn and with tags. We refund after approval and we cover 50% of return shipping. In‑stock items ship across the EU in 2–5 business days. Pre‑orders ship in the estimated window shown on each product page.
