Returns & Shipping Information

We want you to feel confident when you order from Pamuuc. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, pre-orders, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Overview

  • EU coverage: We deliver to EU countries (except the United Kingdom). Delivery restrictions and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
  • In-stock items: Prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Pre-orders: These ship at a later date shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. You can cancel any pre-order before it ships for a full refund.
  • Combined orders: If your cart contains both pre-order and stock items, the entire order will ship together once pre-orders are ready. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, please place a separate order.
  • Delivery timeframe: Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Tracking & Order Status

Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days after your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@pamuuc.com with your name and order number.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our GLS Returns Portal: Portal Access
  2. Enter your order number and email to generate a return label.
  3. Print the label and attach it securely to your parcel.
  4. Find your nearest GLS parcel shop: GLS Shop Finder
  5. Drop off your package at the selected shop.

Return Costs

  • We subsidise the cost of returns through GLS.
  • You pay a flat fee of €8 per order, deducted from your refund.
  • Original outbound delivery fees are not refunded for goodwill returns. Statutory withdrawals follow the legal rules in our Returns Policy.

Return Conditions & Timeline

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be handed to the carrier within 30 days of delivery. Creating a label is not enough.
  • You are responsible for the parcel until we receive it, unless we arranged collection. Always keep your carrier receipt.
  • Once GLS delivers your return, allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds (minus the €8 fee) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like another size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
