1. Order Any Day, Cut-off Sunday 23:59

Place your order at any time, Monday through Sunday. All orders placed by Sunday at 23:59 go into our next weekly batch.

2. Production Kicks Off Monday

On Monday morning, we gather every requested piece and begin cutting and sewing in our Barcelona workshops (3–5 days).

3. Embroidery & Finishing (≈ 3 days)

Once sewn, each piece moves to embroidery and final touches—typically another three days.

4. Shipped in 10–14 Days

About two weeks after you click “buy,” we’ll pack and ship your custom garment straight to your door.

5. Updates at Every Step

From the moment you order until it’s on its way, you’ll receive clear email updates—no guessing, no surprises.

6. Cancel or Edit by Sunday 23:59

Change your mind? You can cancel or update your order any time before the weekly cut-off (Sunday at 23:59) for a full refund.

By batching weekly and crafting locally, we keep costs fair and ensure you receive a truly “made-for-you” item in just two weeks. Without stockpiles or wasted fabric.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your piece, please follow these care instructions:

Washing: Machine wash in cold water (30°C) with similar colors. Cold water helps preserve fabric integrity and prevent shrinkage.​

Detergent: Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent to protect the fibers and be gentle on the environment.​

Bleaching: Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can weaken the fabric and affect its natural texture.​

Drying: Air dry your garment by laying it flat on a clean, dry towel away from direct sunlight. This method helps maintain the fabric's shape and reduces energy consumption.​

Ironing: If needed, iron on a medium setting while the fabric is still slightly damp to ease out wrinkles. Always iron on the reverse side to protect the fabric's surface.​

• EU-wide delivery: We ship to all EU countries.
• Tank tops (in stock): Ready to ship immediately—expect delivery in 2–5 business days.
• Made-to-Order garments: We batch all orders weekly. Place your order by Sunday at 23:59, and we’ll cut, sew, embroider, and finish locally. Your item will be on its way in 10–14 days. You’ll receive clear email updates from the moment you order until it arrives.
• Eco-conscious packaging: Every order is packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials, aligning with our low-impact philosophy from start to finish.

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-day window: If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
• Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original state, with tags attached.
• Return shipping: We cover 50% of return shipping costs. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a full refund for the product (excluding the original shipping fee, if it was charged).
